Who we are
StudioE is a web design studio based in the United Kingdom. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email hello@studioeweb.co.uk.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your email contains.
This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to run that project. Our lawful basis is your consent (the tick box on the form) and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives contact-form submissions on our behalf, then forwards them to our inbox.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site, so your browser connects to Google, which sees your IP address when the page loads.
We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them, and delete ones that don't lead to work within 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as we have a legal or accounting reason to keep it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
